Pretty

I don’t know how I’ve not learned this lesson but this afternoon I was sitting on the couch and said I should probably make a reservation. He said that would probably be good. So I looked up the motel we like and they didn’t have any vacancies for the dates I put in. I looked up another one and they didn’t either. I called the lady at the bed and breakfast and she also was booked. So I called the first place just to see if by any off chance they had something that was available but not listed online.

Praise the Lord Almighty she did. They have this king suite that’s not attached to the other building and I said I would take it. So we reserved that for two nights. I told Laura we’d stop by the store and pick up some food to make supper. There was originally supposed to be a meet on Saturday but it was changed due to weather. So the meet was spread out to Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

The boys are coming with and we were discussing what to do in the car. We didn’t come up with many suggestions. One of them mentioned listening to all of the Mumford and Sons albums and then deciding which one is best. So then we just talked about that without listening to them. I like Mumford and Sons but something about their music now feels hollow to me like it’s missing something. I had all day at home so that was nice for odds and ends like walking, laundry, and naps.
